1. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting our support team via email or phone.

• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.

• Jeevasurabi reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment issues, or suspected misuse. In such cases, customers will be notified and refunded promptly.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.

• The issue is reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.

• The item is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Perishable goods such as ghee, oils, and food supplements

• Opened or used cosmetic products

• Customized or bulk orders

• Items returned without prior approval.

4. Refund Process

• Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
